IMII celebrates 10 years of innovation

Today marks the 10th anniversary of the creation of the International Minerals Innovation Institute – IMII, as a unique industry-led innovation supporting network for Saskatchewan’s minerals industry. IMII was created through a collaborative effort between the provincial government, minerals companies and post-secondary institutions to build innovation capacity for mining generally and the potash and uranium IMII celebrates 10 years of innovation

IMII adds new industry innovation needs for DEMOday 2022

The IMII is inviting applications for its 2022 DEMOday and Innovation Award being held on April 25th in association with the 14th Annual Saskatchewan Mining Supply Chain Forum. Seven new categories have been added to the list of industry innovation needs. Innovative Education Program for Mining and First Nations Launches

January 10th, 2022 officially marks the launch of the Digital Transformation in Potash Mining: Cowessess Edition training program, delivered on Cowessess First Nation. Twelve students – 4 female and 8 male – will embark on their new journey towards building a career in potash mining, utilizing this course as a springboard. IMII announces special intake of applications for their iMpowered scholarship
