All members of IMII are eligible to participate in the identification of E&T and R&D needs in the way that is appropriate for their organization via participating on Panels or working groups. Members are to assist in developing E&T and R&D solutions to the identified needs and, where appropriate, develop proposals for delivering possible solutions, and sponsor activities.
